What Coalition Building Means to Thrivance

We seek to create, contribute to, and promote alliances and partnerships that are multi-disciplinary while seeking to achieve a common goal. For the Thrivance Group, coalition building is about advancing efforts toward social justice and racial equity.

We achieve this through collaborations in project management, youth services, and community engagement. We are most passionate about creating a world where everyone has equitable access to safe neighborhoods, beautiful spaces, social enterprise, healthy food options, quality healthcare, affordable housing, active transportation and clean air and water.

How Thrivance Works With Coalitions

Our work as partners and facilitators of coalitions typically lends itself to collectively developing and implementing priorities and action plans, resource navigation and gap identification, facilitating transparency and accountability through reporting and presentations, and community organizing to achieve immediate and long-term structural change. We seek to be inclusive, resist tokenizing, and expand capacity for shared and decentralized leadership.
