The Level 1 Dignity-Infused Community Engagement Intensive is our foundational, hands-on certification designed for those who interact with communities, residents, families, youth, and service recipients.
This 40-hour in-person cohort provides a structured, actionable framework that strengthens communication, reduces harm, and improves trust in community-facing work across sectors.
Participants learn how to navigate complex interactions, communicate clearly under pressure, and apply a dignity-centered approach to engagement that supports better outcomes for both staff and the communities they serve.
